I posted some new pics on the foto blog.
Blogger periodically lists their "Blogs of Note." Oddly enough, lots of them suck and are boring. They are often also new, and undeveloped. It seems pretty random. However, this blog was on there and has been excellent so far. Check it out.

1) that's John O'Donnell Stadium to you, bucko
2) and that's the Centennial Bridge footing you see, no I-74. I-74 is the green bridge about 4 miles down the river past left field, sheesh.

The I-74 bridge is north of the stadium. Therefore it is "up the river" or "upriver" from the stadium, not "down the river" or south of the stadium.
I love it when someone tries to be a smart ass and points out others mistakes. Does this count as "irony"?

Gentlemen, Gentlemen:
Tis not the direction the river runs but the flow that determines up- or downstream.
When one works against the flow of the river (whether that be north or west or south etc.), one is moving upstream.

By the way, let's not get too caught up in this issue. It *is* the Quads. Nobody really cares.
